About

Stephen Bishop Seely attended both the University of Texas at Austin and Michigan State University for his MFA in Acting. He has performed, produced, written, directed, and served as a dramaturg for numerous Regional, Touring, Off-Broadway, and Broadway productions. He has written and directed two short films, “On the Sauce” and “Inseparable”, and has several plays in development, including Barking Spiders, The Calypso Crux, Mancrab, Topeka is Turning or the Ryan Seacrest Play, and Cuticles. He has a web series in development, "Triplet Threat". He is currently working on a new TV Pilot, “Second Chance”, that he will be pitching soon. Other Pilots include “Wichita is Burning” and “Models in Manhattan,…Kansas”. Stephen recently directed two Off-Broadway shows, simultaneously, entitled 8 Million Protagonists and Broke Wide Open, starring Rock WILK. He is the proud creator of the musical theatre festival SOUND BITES, a 10-Minute Musical Theatre Festival. He also ran for Mayor of New York City.
